How do I reserve my date?
Your date is reserved once your Square invoice is paid online — that's it. We recommend booking 2–3 months ahead for spring and summer weekends.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes — delivery, setup and pickup are available across the Niagara Region. Delivery is calculated by distance from our Thorold shop, and it's included in your single quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Tents, backdrops and string lights go first on popular weekends. For 2027 events, book before December 31, 2026 and save 10% with our early-bird offer.
What if it rains?
Our tents are made for Niagara weather. Add sidewalls for wind and rain protection, and we'll talk through the safest setup with you before your event.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes — smaller orders (lights, linens, chairs, machines) can be picked up at 100 Baker Street, Thorold. Rentals run 24 hours from pickup to return.
