Payment Policy

1. Total Rent amount is a separate amount from the deposit. Payment is required at delivery/ pick up time. 
2. Pay cash/debit to save taxes and extra fees.
3. For credit card payments, there is a charge of 2.75% extra.

4. E-transfer must be done 30 minutes before your time slot. 

Basic Terms

To proceed with the rent booking, the client will be charged a refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned 24 hrs after the items have been examined. This deposit will be returned only if the product was returned in the same condition as previously rented. The supplier guarantees that all equipment is without defects. However, the client accepts all responsibility for any damage to the rented equipment. This amount will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining of the deposit will be returned to the client 24 hours after. The client will be notified about this decision.  For any changes to your rental, they  must be notified 72 hrs prior to the event. In case of requesting more items, this will be approved according to availability. We suggest that you make these changes in advance to avoid any inconvenience. 

 

1. Members must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Must be present and punctual at your time slot.

Returned Items

Returned Items:

  • We kindly ask you to keep our items dry on rainy days, Since this might damage the quality of the product (This does not apply to tents or weight bags)
  • There will be a late return allowance of 5 min extra from the assigned time given.  After this, the client will be charged $2 for every late minute plus the total rental amount for another 24 hrs. Since this will deprive the opportunity for other clients.  
  • There will be a fee for items that are returned in poor conditions (extremely dirty items). This will be discussed at the time of pick up/return. 
  • For any major damage that affects the 100% of the quality of the product, the total deposit amount will be kept. This will be discussed with the client.
  • For any minor damage that affects the quality of the product, a percentage of the total deposit amount will be kept.  This will be discussed with the client.

Cancellations

 

  • 3 days before the event, we will return the full deposit amount. 
  • 2 days before the event, 50% of the deposit will be taken by rentpartyshop.
  • 1 day prior to or the same day of the event day, 100% of the deposit will be taken by rentpartyshop.
