How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for most events. For large weddings or corporate events, 2-3 months advance booking is ideal.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! We provide full delivery, setup, and pickup services. Our team will ensure everything is perfectly arranged for your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Our minimum order is $100 for delivery. For pickup orders, there is no minimum requirement.
